 I am licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan and Georgia.   I have several years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, in both individual, group, and family roles.  My focus of therapy is around trauma, anxiety and depression.  I've worked with individuals who have been impacted by sexual trauma, abuse and life stressors.  I am trained in Trauma Focused-CBT, as well as have experience working with Client-Centered therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapy and Solution-Focused counseling. 

    I have been described as supportive, caring, empathetic, and compassionate. I focus on identifying clients strengths while helping them to maximize their skills that will help them overcome current obstacles in life. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.
