Help individuals that struggle to idenfity life plan and the motivation to move beyond today. Life coaching helps the individual to create a plan for their life so they can reach a more fulfilled life. This happens through personal development, career or financial guidance.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Periodic workshops in the community to bring mental health awareness and resources to the community. Small groups are focused on developing healthy social skills, life skills and civic identity. Small groups/ workshops may focus on bullying, self-esteem, abuse and/or anger. (These will be posted on the website when dates come available)
