Healing Minds offers virtual clinical supervision for counselors working toward independent professional counselor licensure.
Supervision is designed to provide a supportive, ethical, and professionally challenging environment where developing counselors can strengthen clinical skills, increase confidence, explore professional identity, and grow into thoughtful and competent practitioners.
Michigan Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPCs)
Georgia Associate Professional Counselors (APCs)
Supervision is provided in accordance with applicable state licensing requirements and professional ethical standards.
Clinical supervision is more than completing required hours.
It is an opportunity to develop your clinical voice, strengthen decision-making, explore challenging cases, examine ethical responsibilities, and become more intentional about the counselor you want to become.
Supervision may include:
Case Conceptualization • Clinical Skill Development • Ethics & Professional Boundaries • Documentation • Treatment Planning • Professional Identity • Cultural Responsiveness • Counselor Wellness • Career Development • Preparation for Independent Practice
Supervision also incorporates the philosophy of the Healing Minds Method™:
All supervision through Healing Minds is provided virtually through secure video conferencing.
Before beginning supervision, eligibility and applicable licensing requirements will be reviewed to determine whether the supervision arrangement is appropriate.
Supervisees remain responsible for understanding and meeting all requirements established by their licensing board.
Whether you're beginning your post-graduate journey or looking for a new supervisor, we can start with a consultation to discuss your goals, current practice setting, licensure pathway, and supervision needs.
Develop your skills. Strengthen your clinical identity. Grow with intention.

Clinical supervision is a professional supervisory relationship and is separate from psychotherapy, coaching, and other Healing Minds services.
Supervision agreements, documentation, frequency, eligibility, technology-assisted supervision requirements, and required hours will follow the applicable regulations of the jurisdiction in which the supervisee is pursuing licensure.
Acceptance for supervision is subject to verification that the proposed supervisory arrangement meets applicable licensing-board requirements.
