Healing Minds creates educational, coaching, and group experiences where adults can explore sexual wellness with curiosity, accurate information, respect

Coaching provides an opportunity to explore goals related to sexual wellness, relationships, communication, intimacy, boundaries, confidence, and personal development.
Rather than diagnosing or treating a mental health condition, coaching emphasizes education, reflection, practical skills, and intentional action.

The Sexual Wellness Collective is a recurring group coaching and educational experience for adults interested in developing a deeper understanding of sexual wellness.
Members explore rotating themes related to communication, intimacy, relationships, boundaries, values, connection, and personal agency through education, facilitated conversation, reflection, and practical exercises.

Healing Minds offers educational workshops and facilitated experiences for individuals, groups, organizations, and communities.
Topics can include:
Sexual Health Education • Consent • Communication • Healthy Relationships • Boundaries • Intimacy • Sexual Wellness • Trauma-Informed Sexuality Education
Customized programming may also be developed for organizations.

Sexual wellness is personal.
Healing Minds doesn't prescribe what a healthy sexual life, relationship, or intimate experience should look like.
Instead, we provide education, opportunities for reflection, practical tools, and supportive spaces that help people make informed decisions aligned with their own values, boundaries, needs, and goals.
The Healing Minds Method™
Healing Minds sexual wellness coaching, groups, workshops, and educational programs are distinct from psychotherapy and clinical sex therapy.
These services do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and do not establish a therapist-client relationship.
When clinical treatment is appropriate, individuals may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
This month we are going to focused on Somatic Therapeutic techniques to help release trauma in the body. Try these beginner friendly exercises to help release your trauma you may have in your body.
